Alana Trimmier

Alana Trimmier, Soprano resides in New York, NY and studies voice with Emilio Pons. Alana was trained at Florida State University School of Music and has been performing for over 15 years. Growing up in the South and daughter of a Presbyterian minister, Alana first became accustomed to singing on the stage at age five and has been sharing her talent ever since.
In November 2017, Alana performed her first Wagner role as Eva in Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg. She made her Carnegie Hall debut in December of 2013 in a performance of Suor Angelica. She has performed such leading roles as Donna Anna (Don Giovanni), Countess Almaviva (Le Nozze di Figaro), Sister Angelica (Suor Angelica) and Musetta (La Bohème). Alana has also performed the roles of Marianne (Der Rosenkavalier), Dorothée (Cendrillon), and both The Second Lady and The Third Lady (Die Zauberflöte).
Alana was an Emerging Artist with New York Lyric Opera Theatre and a Resident Artist with the Central Florida Lyric Opera. She performed with the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra and has sung under the baton of such conductors as Richard Cordova and Keith Chambers.
